Grilled Cheese with Peaches
Put one slice of bread on the counter. Spread a small amount of good mustard. Top with slices of Green Fields, Big Eds or Saxony. Top with thin slices of ripe peaches. Place the other slice of bread on top. Butter the top and bottom of the sandwich and saut in a pan until golden brown on one side, turn over and repeat, pressing with a spatula to help shape the sandwich from time to time.
