We take our responsibilities seriously. It is a legacy of the Klessig clan. Responsibility to each other, to those who work with us, both human and animal, and to the community at large.

As part of taking responsibility, we will be installing an Environmental Management System at the Creamery, and the Farm, and will apply to become Green Tier certified in the State of Wisconsin.
